WHAT YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN
As a member of the plant management team in Berlin, you will assume full responsibility for the logistics function with approximately 30 employees. Within the framework of corporate standards, you will ensure a stable, high-performing and efficient plant logistics organization and continuously develop processes and structures.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring stable delivery performance and high customer satisfaction
- Functional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the logistics team
- Responsibility for planning, controlling and optimizing all material and product flows at the site
- Overall accountability for inventory levels, cost efficiency and logistics performance, including KPI steering and reporting
- Implementation and compliance with corporate standards, particularly within the Autoneum Production System (APS)
- Management of change processes and production launches (SOP/EOP) from a logistics perspective
- Ensuring compliance with customer requirements and logistics assessments
- Responsibility for customs and disposal logistics
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, regulatory obligations and corporate policies and standards in logistics (e.g. occupational safety, environment, quality, energy, compliance)
- Active participation in site-specific risk and continuous improvement management
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the automotive industry
- Experience in implementing standardized logistics processes within corporate structures
- Strong knowledge of modern logistics concepts (e.g. pull principle, Kanban, JIT/JIS) and lean methods in a production environment
- Experience in managing KPI systems as well as inventory and performance management
- Structured and solution-oriented working style with strong leadership capabilities
- Business-fluent German and English skills
- Proficient in SAP and common MS Office applications
