Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Product Development Engineer to lead the definition, development, and delivery of innovative carpet products that meet evolving market needs. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a collaborative environment, adapts quickly to change, and is passionate about delivering customer-centric solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving product innovation from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product development initiatives from ideation through commercialization, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams, actively listening and ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Persuade and influence stakeholders by presenting compelling data and insights to support product decisions.
- Engage with customers to gather insights, understand expectations, and translate needs into actionable product features.
- Adapt situationally by responding to shifting priorities and adjusting strategies in real-time.
- Collaborate across departments including engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and supply chain to achieve shared objectives.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred; alternatively, a minimum of 3 years of experience in development, materials, process engineering, or a related technical field will be considered.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products or projects in a fast-paced environment.
