Your Tasks

 

  • Participation in the APS strategy as well as ensuring the implementation of APS Group standards (organization, processes and tools) in all plants
  • Support of the APS improvement roadmap for the entire business group to promote continuous improvement and operational excellence in the regions
  • Working in accordance with the requirements of the automotive industry (IATF, ISO, etc.)
  • Monitoring the maturity assessment status and its development
  • Identification of critical fields of action and implementation of corresponding measures
  • Leading and moderating workshops for continuous improvement with a focus on waste reduction and KPI improvement
  • Supporting layout design activities in the plants
  • Training, supporting and qualifying APS coaches in the region in the use of APS tools as well as in conducting maturity assessment audits
  • Promoting cultural change through the application of Autoneum values

 

Your Qualifications 

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or higher) with a focus on lean management
  • More than 10 years of experience in a lean environment at an automotive supplier, including at least 2 years in a management role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office. Power BI, Power APP is a plus. 
  • Good knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma. Black belt certification would be considered an advantage.
  • Fluent English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as required
