Your tasks

 

As Head of Quality & EHS for the Bocholt plant, you will be responsible for ensuring optimum customer satisfaction by manufacturing flawless products. Your individual tasks will include:

  • Responsibility for quality/supplier management, color development and EHS
  • Strategic orientation, development and continuous improvement of the quality management system
  • Monitoring and ensuring quality standards in accordance with internal and external specifications
  • Definition of quality objectives and creation, further development and analysis of reports and dashboards for monitoring quality indicators
  • Responsibility for processing customer complaints and deriving preventive and corrective measures
  • Monitoring of recorded data, including the proper and timely implementation of quality checks
  • Support for internal and external audits
  • Support and further development of processes in the SAP QM module and its interfaces to other SAP modules

 

Your qualifications

 

  • Engineering degree (specializing in textile technology, production engineering, mechanical engineering) or technician with relevant experience in QM
  • Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry desirable
  • Experience in leading and motivating employees
  • Knowledge and specialist training in quality management
  • Experience in using quality tools (e.g. 8D method, PLP, APQP)
  • Auditor training according to VDA 6.3
  • Ideally, advanced knowledge of IATF 16949
  • In-depth knowledge of the maintenance and application of the SAP QM module
  • Confident MS Office skills (including SharePoint, PowerBI)
  • Very good written and spoken English
  • Good communication skills and assertiveness
  • High resilience
