Your tasks:

 

Your individual tasks include:

 

  • Setting up and monitoring interlinked needle felt systems during ongoing production operations
  • Material loading and booking using the SAP system and handheld scanners
  • Carrying out setup processes and product changes in accordance with production specifications
  • Initiating and carrying out simple repairs and maintenance to ensure plant availability
  • Quality control of manufactured products
  • Error detection and correction in accordance with operational regulations and quality specifications
  • Computer-assisted documentation of production data and quality indicators 

 

Your qualifications:

 

  • Training as a textile machine operator or
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in regularly performing the duties of a machine operator, ideally in carpet, mixed nonwoven, or nonwoven production
  • Confident handling of plant control systems and the SAP system
  • Strong quality awareness
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity for minor repair or setup work
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to work shifts and weekends
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to participate in further training through courses and instruction
