Your tasks:
Your individual tasks include:
- Setting up and monitoring interlinked needle felt systems during ongoing production operations
- Material loading and booking using the SAP system and handheld scanners
- Carrying out setup processes and product changes in accordance with production specifications
- Initiating and carrying out simple repairs and maintenance to ensure plant availability
- Quality control of manufactured products
- Error detection and correction in accordance with operational regulations and quality specifications
- Computer-assisted documentation of production data and quality indicators
Your qualifications:
- Training as a textile machine operator or
- At least 1 year of professional experience in regularly performing the duties of a machine operator, ideally in carpet, mixed nonwoven, or nonwoven production
- Confident handling of plant control systems and the SAP system
- Strong quality awareness
- Technical understanding and manual dexterity for minor repair or setup work
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends
- Ability to work in a team
- Willingness to participate in further training through courses and instruction
