Autoneum is globally leading in acoustic and thermal management for light and commercial vehicles. You will ensure that our technical systems run smoothly – while keeping an eye on the environment, safety and resources. As Head of Maintenance, you will play a key role in ensuring the technical availability of our production facilities and make a significant contribution to compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. In addition to leading the maintenance team, you will be responsible for key areas such as hazardous substance management, waste management, facility & chemical management (FCM) and the initial content of our energy management system (EnMS).

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Control, monitoring and continuous optimisation of maintenance processes
  • Ensuring the technical availability of equipment to guarantee smooth production processes
  • Technical and disciplinary management of maintenance staff
  • Responsibility for adhering to maintenance budgets and cost control
  • Responsibility for compliance with environmental, legal and normative requirements in the area of maintenance
  • Participation in internal and external audits

 

Your qualifications:

 

  • Technical training with further training as a master craftsman/technician
  • Professional experience in maintenance, ideally in the automotive supplier industry
  • Management experience
  • Knowledge of lean management and experience in project work
  • Confident use of MS Office and SAP
  • Good written and spoken German, as well as basic English skills
  • Independent, structured and responsible way of working
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Strong quality and cost awareness
