Your tasks
As the Assistant to Plant Management at our Holzgerlingen site, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the plant management team. Additionally, you will serve as the direct point of contact for approximately 30 employees on site. Your specific responsibilities include:
- General administrative office and assistant tasks to support plant management
- Organizing, coordinating, and tracking appointments and time-sensitive tasks
- Communicating and corresponding with internal and external contacts (e.g., headquarters, service providers, authorities in an administrative context)
- Supporting the organization and execution of internal meetings, training sessions, and company events
- Administrative HR tasks, including maintaining employee master and movement data, personnel files, and the time management system
- Administrative support in the area of EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety), including document maintenance, organizing trainings, and assisting with the implementation and compliance of EHS policies
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed commercial/vocational training
- Ideally, additional qualification in human resources
- Experience and enthusiasm in working with personnel
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- SAP knowledge and experience with time management systems (PZW) is desirable
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
