Your tasks:

• Repair and maintenance work during ongoing shift operations
• Fault analysis and troubleshooting of disruptions on production equipment
• Recording, maintenance, and documentation of machine parameters, fault resolutions, and spare parts consumption
• Participation in conversion and modernization projects involving the building and machinery
• Development and implementation of proposals for optimizing production facilities
• Supervision and monitoring of external contractors and service providers
• Support in spare parts procurement planning as well as the establishment, maintenance, and inventory management of the spare parts warehouse
• Shared responsibility for compliance with occupational health & safety and environmental protection regulations

Your qualifications:

• Completed technical vocational training, e.g. as a Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, or equivalent qualification - alternatively, several years of relevant professional experience in industrial maintenance
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of mechanical engineering, electrical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Experience in the operation and maintenance of industrial equipment
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and assertiveness
• Confident use of MS Office
• Solution-oriented working style and decisive judgment, even in high-pressure situations
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends and to be available on-call as required
