Autoneum is globally leading in acoustic and thermal management for light and commercial vehicles. The Company develops and produces multifunctional, lightweight and sustainable components and systems for interior floor, interior trim as well as engine bay and underbody. Main responsibilities
Working closely with cross-functional departments, your responsibilities and objectives will include:
- Coordinating manufacturing activities to ensure a smooth project launch within the agreed deadlines
- Designing layouts, internal processing flows, and organization
- Creating an industrialization schedule and monitoring activities with the resources involved.
- Ensure the industrialization of the necessary equipment, in accordance with standards, and follow up with suppliers.
- Perform a capacity analysis and ensure manufacturing capacity.
- Perform production tests and coordinate implementation
- Manage the launch of production and provide support for ramp-up
- Create technical specifications for new equipment or adapt existing ones

 

Profile
To succeed in this position, you have proven experience in project management, ideally in the automotive industry, and a good knowledge of products, technology, and processes.
You have a bachelor's or master's degree with a major in mechanics, automation, or electrical engineering. You stand out not only for your technical knowledge of the field, but
also for your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

You are proficient in:
- Automotive standards and systems such as VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, IMDS, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.
- Basic automotive tools such as PDCA, 8D, 5Y, QRQC, PFMEA, DFMEA, PPAP, PSW, etc.
- Software: PLM Teamcenter, SAP, Autocad, Solidworks, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and MS Project).
- Language: English essential, German proficiency welcome
Driver's license, own vehicle
Travel: occasional travel in France and/or internationally
