To meet new challenges, we are looking for an Industrialization Engineer (M/F) to join our team.
Main responsibilities:
Working closely with cross-functional departments, you will be responsible for creating new equipment, modifying or improving existing equipment, or carrying out operations related to
the site's infrastructure in accordance with investment budgets, quality standards, deadlines, safety requirements, and environmental considerations.
These equipment and infrastructure-oriented activities will mainly focus on responding to the launch of new parts, modifying existing parts, researching and implementing productivity improvements, and technical improvements in series production.
To this end, you will be responsible for:
- Staying within the investment budget allocated to you
- Drawing up technical specifications for investments (function, quality, safety, environment)
- Managing external companies in terms of technical aspects, costs, deadlines, and safety
- Ensuring industrial feasibility within the scope of the projects assigned to you
- Conducting preliminary technical studies
- Provide technical support and training for production staff,
- Ensure the implementation and fine-tuning of investments to achieve the associated performance targets for the product-process combination,
- Manage the technical action plan for your area of responsibility
- Study, propose, and implement solutions to improve productivity,
- Participate in the design of the site's investment plan and its successful implementation,
- Define and control machine and process parameters,
- Develop and improve the reliability of existing processes
- Ensure that ergonomics are taken into account when starting new projects.
- Lead and facilitate working groups to resolve issues related to scrap/efficiency in series production
Profile:
You have an engineering degree with a specialization in mechanics, automation, and electricity.
To succeed in this position, you must have at least five years of experience in large-scale manufacturing, ideally in the automotive industry.
You stand out not only for your leadership skills and technical knowledge of the field (mechanics, electricity, automation, pneumatics, and hydraulics), but also for your excellent project management skills, which enable you to plan, organize, coordinate, budget, and manage risks and suppliers without becoming overwhelmed.
You are proficient in:
- Automotive standards and systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, VDA 6.3, IMDS, etc.
- Basic automotive tools such as PDCA, 8D, 5Y, QRQC, PFMEA, DFMEA, PPAP, PSW, etc.
- Software: PLM Teamcenter, SAP, Autocad, Solidworks, Schneider programming and ABB/Fanuc Robot and MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and MS Project).
Language: English essential, level B2 or higher.
- Driver's license, own vehicle.
- Travel: occasional travel in France and/or internationally.
