Autoneum is globally leading in acoustic and thermal management for light and commercial vehicles. Duties and responsibilities
- Entry invoices from suppliers in compliance with all internal controls and policies
- Preparation of payment proposals
- Issuing and posting claim debit notes
- Reconcile AP ledger with GL ledger
- Reconciling suppliers’ accounts
- Taking part in month and year end closing tasks
- Taking part in the external and internal audits
- Cooperation with other departments
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- University degree
- Very good working knowledge of English
- Good understanding of accounts payable accounting practices
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of SAP system and MS Office (Excel)
- Highly motivated and full of initiative
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
