Autoneum is globally leading in acoustic and thermal management for light and commercial vehicles. We are looking for an experienced International Tax Manager (k/m/n), located in one of our manufacturing facilities in Poland, to provide strategic leadership and expert oversight of international tax matters as a part of the centralized group tax function led out of the Company’s Swiss headquarters.
This role plays a key part in supporting business growth and compliance by managing direct group taxes and contributing to the company’s global tax strategy. You will work closely with finance, legal, and business leaders, act as a trusted tax advisor, and drive effective and compliant tax solutions across borders.
Key responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of international tax planning and compliance internationally.
• Support the development and implementation of international tax strategies to optimize the group’s global tax position
• Advise the business on tax implications of cross-border transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
• Manage and coordinate international tax projects across regional and functional teams
• Review tax accounting and tax forecasts of group entities for half-year and annual reporting
• Lead international tax audits and controversy management in cooperation with the local affiliate, external advisors and tax authorities in relation to international tax issues.
• Oversee transfer pricing planning, documentation, and compliance activities
• Identify tax-saving opportunities and support initiatives aimed at improving the effective tax rate and mitigating tax risks
• Monitor changes in international tax regulations and ensure ongoing compliance across the region
• Collaborate closely with finance, legal, and business stakeholders as a trusted tax partner

• Internal: Group Finance, Regional Finance leaders, Legal, Business and Operational leaders
• External: Tax authorities, external tax advisors, auditors, and professional service providers
Your profile
Experience
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in international tax, preferably with a combination of experience both in a multinational company and a consulting environment (e.g., Big 4)
• Proven expertise in cross-border taxation, transfer pricing, and international tax compliance
• Experience managing complex international tax projects and audits
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and local statutory accounting principles
• Experience with automotive Industry is preferred.
Education
• University degree in Business Administration, Law, Tax, Accounting, or Finance
• Advanced professional qualification required (e.g. CPA, CA, certified tax expert, or LL.M. in International Tax Law)
