Autoneum is globally leading in acoustic and thermal management for light and commercial vehicles. The Company develops and produces multifunctional, lightweight and sustainable components and systems for interior floor, interior trim as well as engine bay and underbody. Customers include almost all automobile manufacturers in Europe, North & South America, Asia and Africa. Tasks on the position:

 

-  Support TE / SE / SM/ CBU in the order preparation for Raw materials, Development material

   and Protoparts and Serial Parts negotiations and management

-  Support QAF generation and offer preparation

- Organize / download orders from customer webpage – management of B2B Portal of customer

- Check orders, coordinate in case orders are missing, discuss actions for wrong orders with

  Sales Engineer, update part history file

- Ensure Price Tracking (Part and Tool)

- Service in case of Customer events or in case of Meetings in CBU (serve Coffee, Beverage,

  water, etc…)

- Coordinate Travels, Meetings etc..for Sales Manager, Technical expert and Sales Engineer,

 coordinate customers gifts

- SONAR (Updates and part creation in Sonar)

- Create Sales Contract in SAP and insure consistent price maintenance (if SAP not yet available   

  – insure consistent information flow to the relevant interfaces in Autoneum organization)

 - Countercheck ,whether automatization has worked correctly and in case needed correct

  discrepancies and/or escalate to responsible person

- Work with different Databanks and support creating monthly/annual overviews

- Distribute internally customer orders and documents to relevant departements

- Updating and maintaining master data records

 

 

Requirements:

 

- Experienced in office management and travel management

- Good knowledge of Word, Excel, Power pointm MS Office

- Basics in office management and reporting

- Fluent English required

- German is an advantage (preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided)

- Understanding of compliance rules & their importance in the (global) market place
