Oversees Maintenance Strategy for Equipment and Facilities to reach high ope-rational & reliability levels. Main purpose is to minimize production downtime through proactive maintenance strategies, manage maintenance staff and bud-gets, and coordinate repairs to maintain operational continuity, safety and equipment reliability

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and Implement Maintenance Strategies: Create and manage maintenance policies, procedures, and plans for facilities and equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and output.

Manage Maintenance Operations: Oversee both preventive (scheduled) and corrective (breakdown) maintenance activities, responding to emer-gencies as needed.

Team Leadership and Staff Management: Recruit, train, guide, evalu-ate, and motivate maintenance technicians and staff to perform their du-ties effectively.

Budget and Inventory Management: Develop and manage the mainte-nance budget, monitor equipment performance, and ensure adequate spare parts, tools, and supplies are available.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities and facili-ties comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations to prevent accidents.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of mainte-nance activities, costs, and equipment performance, and submit reports to upper management.

Implement TPM strategy for operations and train operators to take care of basic maintenance routines.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Skill in evaluating equipment re-sources, identifying issues, and developing efficient solutions to minimi-ze downtime. 

 

Experience: 

Minimum 5 years of experience in the maintenance field within an in-dustrial environment 

Technical & Managerial background 

Experience with CMMS systems - preferred SAP PM

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, electri-cal, HVAC, and tooling systems.

Budget management and financial understanding (OPEX/CAPEX) 

English: Upper-Intermediate Level
