Your tasks:

 

As a material planner, you are responsible for planning and monitoring the stock levels of purchased parts. Your individual tasks include:

 

  • Determining gross and net requirements
  • Monitoring and reducing inventory levels
  • Issuing call-offs to suppliers and recording order confirmations
  • Organizing transport
  • Tracking and monitoring deadlines
  • System maintenance with regard to inventory management
  • Checking and correcting incorrect parts lists
  • Goods receipt postings

 

Your qualifications:

 

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training
  • Professional experience in logistics
  • Experience in scheduling desirable
  • Knowledge of operational processes
  • SAP knowledge desirable
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Ability to work independently
