To join our teams, we are looking for a Plastic Injection Press Setter (M/F) at our
factory in Moissac.
Reporting to the team leader, the Injection Press Setter adjusts the machine and tools in their workshop.
What does this involve?
- Ensuring series changes (tool changes).
- Adjusting injection moulding machines to guarantee quality and productivity.
- Adjusting robots and peripheral equipment (robots, ovens, etc.).
- Continuously monitoring the installations to avoid anomalies (line management).
- Carrying out first-level maintenance.
- Participate in the development of each new product and each new installation with the support services.
- Lead your team of operators and mould handlers/fitters.
- Circulate information within your team and to your line managers (TOP 5 leadership).
- Be responsible for passing on instructions from one team to another.
- Ensure safety instructions are followed in your workshop and that the quality of the parts produced is validated.
- Be proactive in terms of continuous improvement (working conditions, safety, quality, productivity, tool changes, 5S, etc.).
- Ensure that your workshop is kept tidy, orderly and clean.
Please note that this position involves working three eight-hour shifts.
