Autoneum is globally leading in acoustic and thermal management for light and commercial vehicles. Main Duties

  • Lead a team to ensure overall administrative personnel management, which includes:
    • Payroll control and intervention in case of issues.
    • Absenteeism (statistics, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions).
    • Headcount monitoring.
    • Supervision of temporary staff management (payment, statistics, calls for tenders).
    • Health insurance.
    • Mandatory declarations.
    • Organization of employee representative elections.
    • Job studies and case reviews with the HR Director.
  • Maintain employee relations (personal issues, housing, collective meetings, etc.).
  • Manage relations with employee representatives; prepare and participate in Works Council, Staff Delegates, and Health & Safety Committee meetings.
  • Prepare and negotiate local agreements (working time arrangements and others).
  • Manage relations with external organizations (labor inspectorate, occupational health, social services, CRAM, regional HR networks, temporary work agencies, training providers).
  • Communicate on labor or tax regulations (dissemination of information to site managers and HRD / monitor changes in social legislation and inform managers).
  • Contribute to maintaining team performance: recruitment, training, promotion, transfer, disciplinary action, dismissal.
  • Participate in recruiting personnel for the site(s).
  • Collect training needs and propose a training plan to the HRD for the site(s) under responsibility; monitor implementation, coordinate with other sites for joint actions, liaise with training organizations, ensure logistical arrangements, and control invoices.
  • Provide advice to department heads on HR planning and team management issues.
  • Regularly monitor the social climate of the site(s); inform the HR Director and Site Manager in case of issues.
  • Ensure legislative monitoring.
  • Monitor social measures implemented in neighboring companies.
  • Maintain upward and downward communication with the HR Director.
  • Contribute to the harmonization of rules across AFRA sites.

Quality Responsibilities

  • Participate in developing procedures in the HR field.
  • Ensure sustainability of administrative management rules.
  • Ensure compliance with these procedures and with internal regulations within their scope
