Your responsibilities:
Ensure the availability of tools, machines, and equipment.
Maintain and improve structures and the working environment.
Represent maintenance as a service provider to other areas of the plant and work closely with them.
Propose and implement new investments to improve productivity.
- Manage maintenance teams: plan, coordinate, and supervise their activities, evaluate them, manage their performance, training, and development.
- Manage activities: corrective, preventive, new projects, tools, spare parts tracking.
- Identify and implement maintenance improvements.
- Be responsible for the quality of execution, the use of systems, processes, maintenance procedures, and the measurement of their performance.
- Contributes to and participates in the commissioning of new equipment, machines, and tools
- Monitors technology and innovations
- Controls maintenance expenses and budget
Your qualifications
Required experience:
- At least 5 years' experience in industrial equipment maintenance management
- Management experience
- Expertise in automation/electrical engineering/robotics
- English
Required qualifications:
- 2 years' higher education with 10 years' experience or engineering degree
