Main responsibilities:
Keep production facilities in good working order by maintaining and/or repairing machines, tools, and equipment.
Follow Autoneum's global standards (HSE, APS, and Maintenance Strategy).
Main tasks:
− Oversee and carry out corrective and preventive maintenance tasks assigned to you.
− Resolve downtime due to tool and equipment breakdowns as quickly as possible in accordance with operational requirements.
− Advise and support production on how to optimize the use of tools and equipment and how to carry out autonomous maintenance.
− Confirms maintenance orders and time spent.
− Requests and confirms spare parts issues.
− Reports corrective actions taken to assist with analysis and resulting improvement actions.
− Contributed to the improvement of maintenance activities and the installation and acceptance of new equipment, tools, and services.
− Monitors and alerts the workshop manager (in the event of a discrepancy) to any non-compliant actions (installation, service, implementation) concerning activities, structures, or services on site.
− Uses all technical documents, PPE, manuals, and instruction sheets for tools and equipment, and reports if these documents are not up to date or in good condition.
− Seeks advice or expresses training needs to the workshop manager when necessary.
− Ensures that the workspace is left safe and clean after completing tasks and that no waste is left behind, in accordance with environmental regulations.
Local tasks:
− Operates steam boilers.
− Manages priorities according to production requirements.
− May be required to supervise maintenance agents, which involves checking the quality of their work and conducting annual reviews.
Safety, environment:
− Complies with environmental safety instructions for all operations.
− Verifies the effectiveness of their work and ensures that production is restarted afterwards.
− Sorts waste in accordance with safety and environmental regulations. Cleans up at the end of the project.
− Monitors changes in safety and environmental regulations and proposes the necessary corrective measures.
Profile:
Required experience:
− At least 2 years of maintenance experience in the automotive industry
− Proficiency in mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics
− Able to connect to and perform diagnostics on PLCs and robots
− Leadership, safety awareness
Required qualifications
− 2 years of post-secondary education in maintenance
