Main responsibilities:
Working closely with cross-functional departments, you will be responsible for: launching new parts, modifying existing parts, researching and implementing material and labor productivity measures, and providing technical support and improvements during series production (support for scrap and efficiency action plans, ergonomic improvements, maintenance of technical documentation, etc.).

To do this, you will be responsible for:
- Defining and guaranteeing product production ranges and nomenclatures (defining workstation layouts and operating procedures, time analysis, drafting instructions, training operators, managing ERP technical data (Teamcenter/SAP, etc.)
- Studying, proposing, and implementing productivity solutions,
- Validating the feasibility and costing of customer change requests (testing, scheduling, costing, etc.)
- Define, implement, and validate processes for new parts until they go into series production (setup, launch of new workstations, adjustment/validation/product/process development, profitability validation, achievement of scrap/efficiency targets, etc.)
- Contribute to the acquisition of new markets (costing, process definition, definition of modifications and/or new equipment requirements, production capacity, etc.)

- Implement improvements to production line workstations (layout, workflow, ergonomics, working conditions, etc.) and provide technical support for resolving production line issues (scrap, efficiency, etc.).
- Ensure that ergonomics are taken into account when launching new projects.
- Lead and facilitate working groups to resolve issues related to scrap/efficiency in series production

Profile:
You have a general engineering degree or a master's degree with a specialization in industrialization, and you have at least
five years of experience in large-scale manufacturing, ideally in the automotive industry.
Your leadership, ability to bring teams together, communication skills, organizational skills, and proactivity are essential qualities for success in this position, which is part of a challenging and highly dynamic environment.

You are proficient in:
- Automotive standards and systems such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, VDA 6.3, IMDS, etc.
- Basic automotive tools such as PDCA, 8D, 5Y, QRQC, PFMEA, DFMEA, PPAP, PSW, etc.
- Software: PLM Teamcenter, SAP, Autocad, Solidworks, and MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and MS Project).
- Language: English essential, level B2 or higher
- Travel: occasional travel in France and/or internationally
