Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain 5S
• Set a positive example in areas of attitude, attendance, and safety practices
• Ensure material handlers and other warehouse associates follow proper safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment
• Understand and assist in implementing and maintaining ISO14001 (EMS) and IATF16949 (QMS) standards and procedures
• Understand and adhere to receiving processes / procedures
• Maintain FIFO (First In/First Out) for all material
• Perform forklift safety checks and process to maintain a safe and clean work environment. Ensure forklift inspection logs are maintained and forklifts inspected at proper intervals
• Unload trucks using a forklift / pallet jack, ensure dock locks / chocks are secure prior to entering a truck
• Verify product identification (part numbers) numbers and quantities match the shipping documents. Receive and unpack shipments, check for accuracy, and correctly record the shipment. Escalate and document if a discrepancy, damage exists.
• Review SAP data / reports for accurate, exception monitoring, etc.
• Receive products electronically into SAP, print labels and properly apply them, as required while re-palletizing products for storage if required.
• Assist in storing raw material in assigned warehouse bins
• Document and report incoming damaged freight, notify the appropriate team members. Complete a hold tag for damaged material as necessary
• Material handling activities as directed 
• All other duties as required / assigned
