Autoneum is globally leading in acoustic and thermal management for light and commercial vehicles. The Company develops and produces multifunctional, lightweight and sustainable components and systems for interior floor, interior trim as well as engine bay and underbody. Customers include almost all automobile manufacturers in Europe, North & South America, Asia and Africa. Main task
- Organize and deliver training to employees
- initiate accident investigation, follow-up and reporting.
- Implement safety inspection with planning, action, following up etc.
- EHS controller of “4M”, confine space, hot work, working at height, contractor and occupational health etc.
- PPE standardize and daily management
- Manage on legal requirement side to ensure electric safety, machine guarding and special equipment are well maintained and managed by relevant functions.
- Manage on legal requirement side to ensure all the firefighting facilities are well maintained and managed by relevant functions.

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:
- Above university education majoring in safety engineering or other engineering.
- Certificate national safety engineer
- Certificate internal auditor of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 system
- Above 3 years EHS management experience in Automotive, Chemical and Heavy industries.
- Strong sense of risk analysis, risk control and risk management
- Familiar with EHS standard and laws
- Fluently English Skill both in written and oral.
- IT skills such as Lotus Notes, MS office
- Team work and problem solving spirit
- Good communication skills
