Main Responsibilities

• Lead the emergency handling of electrical equipment failures to ensure production operation.Respond quickly to reports of sudden electrical equipment failures, detect and locate fault points, and implement efficient repairs. Prioritize resolving electrical issues affecting core production lines to minimize equipment downtime and ensure the continuous execution of production plans. 主导电气设备故障应急处理，保障生产运行。快速响应生产现场电气设备突发故障报修，通过精准检测定位故障点并实施高效修复。优先解决影响核心生产线的电气问题，最大限度缩短设备停机时间，保障生产计划连续执行。
• Formulate preventive maintenance plans for electrical equipment to reduce failure risks.Based on equipment operating parameters, service life and industry standards, develop preventive maintenance plan and schedules covering all electrical equipment in the plant. Organize and implement maintenance operations such as inspection, maintenance and calibration to reduce unplanned equipment shutdowns and extend the service life of electrical systems. 制定电气设备预防性维护计划，降低故障风险。依据设备运行参数、使用年限及行业标准，制定覆盖全厂区电气设备的预防性维护方案与周期表。组织实施巡检、保养、校准等维护作业，减少设备非计划停机次数，延长电气系统使用寿命。Optimize electrical control systems to improve production OEE and reduce equipment energy consumption.Analyze the operating bottlenecks of existing electrical control systems, and propose technical improvement plans in line with production needs, such as upgrading PLC programs and optimizing automatic control logic. Promote the standardization of energy consumption, improve equipment operation stability and production efficiency, and reduce energy consumption and operation & maintenance costs. 优化电气控制系统，提升生产OEE，降低设备能耗。分析现有电气控制系统运行瓶颈，结合生产需求提出技术改进方案，如升级 PLC 程序、优化自动化控制逻辑等。推动能耗标准化，提高设备运行稳定性与生产效率，降低能耗与运维成本。
• Manage electrical spare parts and technical documents, and control maintenance costs.Establish a classified ledger for electrical spare parts, dynamically track inventory levels, and formulate reasonable procurement plans based on consumption patterns to ensure the timely supply of key spare parts. Organize and archive technical documents such as equipment electrical drawings, parameter manuals, and maintenance records to provide support for rapid maintenance and technical traceability. 管理电气备件与技术资料，控制维修成本。建立电气备件分类台账，动态跟踪库存水平，根据消耗规律制定合理采购计划，确保关键备件供应及时。整理设备电气图纸、参数手册、维修记录等技术资料并归档，为快速维修与技术追溯提供保障。
• Implement electrical safety management and training to prevent safety risks.Supervise the implementation of electrical safety operating procedures, conduct regular safety inspections such as equipment grounding and insulation testing, and identify potential hazards such as electrical fires and electric shocks. Organize electrical safety and skill training to enhance the safety awareness of operators and maintenance personnel, and prevent the occurrence of electrical safety accidents. 落实电气安全管理与培训，防范安全风险。监督执行电气安全操作规程，定期开展设备接地、绝缘检测等安全检查，排查电气火灾、触电等隐患。组织电气安全与技能培训，提升一线操作及维修人员安全意识，杜绝重大电气安全事故发生。Participate in cross-departmental technical collaboration and problem-solving.Cooperate with production, quality and other departments to solve production problems involving electrical technology and provide professional technical support. Participate in the debugging and optimization of electrical parameters during the trial production of new products to ensure smooth production and improve the overall production OEE. 参与跨部门技术协作与问题解决，强化系统联动。配合生产、设备、质量等部门解决涉及电气技术的生产难题，提供专业技术支持。参与新产品试产过程中的电气参数调试与优化，保障生产各环节技术衔接顺畅，提升整体生产OEE。

  MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or above majored in Electrical or related

  电气相关专业本科及以上学历

  • Working experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry

  有汽车或制造业从业经验

  • At least 3 years of maintenance experience in electrical systems

  至少 3 年电气系统维修经验

  • Possess the ability to repair high and low voltage electrical equipment

  具备高低压电气设备维修能力

  • Possess the ability to repair robots (ABB, Fanuc)

  具备机器人（ABB、发那科）维修能力

  • Possess programming ability for at least one mainstream PLC (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron)

  具备至少一种主流PLC（西门子、三菱、欧姆龙）的编程能力

   

• Possess debugging ability for at least one mainstream frequency converter 

  (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider)

  具备至少一种主流变频器（西门子、三菱、施耐德）的调试能力

• Possess the ability to conduct problem analysis using tools such as 5WHY, Pareto Chart, and Fishbone Diagram, etc.

       具备使用5WHY、柏拉图、鱼骨图等工具进行问题分析的能力
