欧拓汽车管理（上海）有限公司为欧拓集团亚洲各个分公司提供销售、技术、采购、财务等诸项业务的支持，拥有开发中心和声学中心，能够为中国和印度及亚洲其他地区的客户提供项目研发服务。目前，欧拓亚太区在中国重庆、太仓、沈阳、烟台、天津武清、平湖有六家独资工厂，在天津和广州分别有一家和日特固的合资工厂，另外和江苏环宇在中国有15家合资工厂。欧拓亚太区在印度贝洛儿, 浦那有两家独资工厂和一家金奈合资工厂，并且在韩国和泰国也有办公室。
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor maintenance systems, processes, procedures and performance, accountable for quality of implementation and usage.
- Review and improve prevention maintenance plan and predictive plan.
- Maintenance Opex and Capex budget and control cost of maintenance.
- Energy management and reducing energy costs.
- To identify the critical spare parts list, procuring it and storing it properly for the all the related equipment.
- Review equipment/tooling failure mode analysis, improving machine and mold to enhance efficiency of production.
- Management of new project machine quality and safety, validation and audit.
- Propose plan and commission new lines, machinery and tools respecting EHS and APS requirements, 5S, APS and EHS monitoring and assessment.
- Identify and implement maintenance improvement actions (TPM) together with other plant functions and support functions.
- Maintenance teams work arrangement and guidance.
MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical and electrical engineering or related field.
- Minimum5 years experiences in maintenance management and Minimum 5 years experiences in the similar function in manufacturing industry.
- Profound knowledge of machinery and electricity. Experience in manufacturing environment is a must, automotive industry or hydraulic drive system or PLC preferred.
- Fluent English skill both in spoken and written.
- Open personality, excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong team spirit and problem solving ability.
