Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd.supports the businesses of other plants in Asia in sales, technology, purchasing, finance and so on. Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd. is located in the west north of Shanghai. It has a Development Center and an Acoustic Lab, so can offer service for the project development for the customers in China, Indian, and other areas of Asia. At moment, Autoneum have six wholly owned plants in Chongqing, Taicang, Shenyang, Yantai, Wuqing and Pinghu, as well as two JVs with Nittoku in Guangzhou and Tianjin. In addition, Autoneum have 15 JV plants with Jiangsu Huanyu in China. Autoneum have Behror and Pune wholly owned plants and Chennai JV plant in India, as well as offices in Korea and Thailand.
岗位职责：
1基于公司制造系统，分析并计划内外部物流流程，涵盖从新项目开发到零件淘汰的整个生命周期；
2制定收货，仓储，供线以及发运的物流流程，保证客户的需求与公司的标准得到执行，尤其是在保证设计和验证方面；
3负责仓库规划设计/容量及利用率分析，先进先出控制等, 保证物料和信息流的一致性；
4管理原材料和成品仓库的团队（沟通，目标，评估，培训计划等）, 确定物流操作工和物料操作员的标准作业；
5收集并分析信息和数据统计，解决流程以及改善计划中的问题；
6准备流程文档，标准作业指导书，物流的失效模式及后果分析；
7保持技术文档的及时更新，管理和优化；
8上级交办的其他事项。
任职要求：
1.有3-5年制造业相关物流工作经验，汽车行业优先；
2.供应链，生产或制造工程专业本科学历及以上；
3.适应英文的工作环境，有良好的英文阅读及书写能力；
4.优秀的沟通技巧，能有效地与不同部门及外部合作伙伴交流协作，有带领团队经验优先；
5.有SAP系统操作经验优先；
6.有APICS / SCOR Certifications are a plus APICS / SCOR证书优先。
