- To analysis and plan for internal and external logistics process based on Autoneum Production System concept from project developing to EOP 基于欧拓制造系统，分析并计划内外部物流流程，涵盖从新项目开发到零件淘汰的整个生命周期
- Generate inbound, warehousing, line feeding and outbound logistics processes in context of customer requirements and company standard, package design and validation is a key aspect 制定收货，仓储，供线以及发运的物流流程，保证客户的需求与公司的标准得到执行，尤其是在保证设计和验证方面
- Be responsible for warehouse layout design, capacity and utilization analysis, FIFO control , ensure the consistency of material and information flow, etc负责仓库规划设计，能力和利用率分析，先进先出控制，保证物料和信息流的一致性等
- Manage raw material and finished goods warehouse teams (Communication, G&O, Appraisals, Training plan) 管理原材料和成品仓库的团队（沟通，目标，评估，培训计划等）
- Determine Standardized Work for Logistics Operators and Materi-als Handlers 确定物流员工和物料操作员的标准作业
- Collect and analyze information and data statistics, solve problems in processes and improve plans收集并分析信息和数据统计，解决流程以及改善计划中的问题
- Prepare procedure document, standard work sheet, logistics PFEMA etc.准备流程文档，标准作业指导书，物流的失效模式及后果分析
- Keep the technical documents up to date, manage the optimization and inspection 保持技术文档的及时更新，管理和优化
- Other tasks assigned by superior 上级交办的其他事项
job qualifications 任职要求：
1.Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or Logistics Environment 至少3-5年制造业或物流行业相关经验
2.Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Production or Manufacturing Engineering 本科学历，供应链，生产或制造工程专业
3.Good English reading and writing skills有良好的英文阅读及书写能力；
4.Excellent communication skills优秀的沟通技巧
5.Familiar with SAP system 熟悉SAP系统；
6.APICS / SCOR Certifications are a plus APICS / SCOR证书优先
