MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
在准备报价时支持流程概念的开发
- Support process feasibility study and select production & process concept;
支持工艺可行性研究，选择生产和工艺概念；
- To design the most appropriate process incl. production concept, BOM, process parameters, cycle time, operator activities, etc.;
设计最合适的工艺，包括生产概念，BOM，工艺参数，周期时间，操作人员活动等；
- To maintain and optimize the material and product specification accordingly in line with PLM and to assist purchasing in sourcing phase;
根据PLM维护和优化材料和产品规格，并协助采购；
- To maintain/ optimize the initial process flow charts, preliminary process layouts and process concept from product development team;
维护/优化产品开发团队提供的初始工艺流程图、初步工艺布局和工艺概念；
- To create the process for ease of manufacturing and assembly analysis

To update the list of potential special characteristics (component/ process)
更新潜在特殊特性（组件/工艺）清单；
- To lead the trouble shooting in the process setup / optimization, be responsible to create the root course analyses and 8D report;

To lead the maintain / update the PFMEA;

To lead and reviews feedback from prototype builds (product & material);

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree or above majored in material or mechanical engineering or related
本科及以上学历，材料或机械工程相关专业
- Ideally 3 years above experience in the same function with the automotive industry, preferably in a multinational company
3年以上汽车行业相关工作经验，跨国公司工作经验优先
- Practical experiences in a wide range of products and technologies with technical, and manufacturing know-how

- English is a plus;
