As part of the development of our industrial site, we are looking for a PC&L Manager & APS Coach to lead the site supply chain operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics flows (receiving, storage, shipping)
- Ensure product availability and on-time delivery performance
- Optimize inventory management and logistics costs
- Coordinate planning, procurement, production, suppliers, and transport activities
- Lead, coach, and develop logistics and operational teams
- Deploy and promote the APS (Autoneum Production System) and Lean methodologies
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs (OTD, inventory accuracy, productivity, logistics costs, MMOG, etc.)
- Participate in industrial projects and strategic site decisions as a member of the management team
Profile
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent
- 5–10 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, ERP/SAP systems, and Lean methodologies
- Fluent English required
- Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and customer-oriented mindset
