At our location in Roßdorf-Gundernhausen, we offer a varied and responsible role within our production environment:
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the operational management of the production shift in compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency requirements
- Authoritative leadership and guidance of employees in shift operations
- Ensuring smooth production processes through targeted personnel planning and shift coordination
- Monitoring of plant operators, as well as initial piece approval and its documentation
- Carrying out shift handovers and documenting relevant production key figures
- Promoting a positive working atmosphere and motivating the team through transparent communication and appreciative leadership
- Coordination of repair measures in consultation with the technical service departments and logistics, taking into account production priorities
- Coordination of internal logistics flows as required
- Escalation in accordance with escalation levels in the event of production disruptions (e.g., immediate notification of adjacent departments, such as logistics)
- Conducting training and instruction during the shift with the aid of training materials provided
- Documentation and maintenance of employee qualification data and knowledge in the multi-skill matrix
Your qualification
- Technical vocational training in a recognized occupation with at least 3 years of vocational training (e.g., process mechanic specializing in plastics and rubber technology)
- Alternatively, several years of operational or professional experience with equivalent knowledge, skills, and relevant work experience
- Knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Strong leadership and determination, helpfulness
- Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written German
- Willingness to work shifts
