Autoneum is globally leading in acoustic and thermal management for light and commercial vehicles. The Company develops and produces multifunctional, lightweight and sustainable components and systems for interior floor, interior trim as well as engine bay and underbody. Main responsibilities:
- Acts in accordance with the defined central process (customer management / QDM / business acquisition) for sales activities.
- Initiates and builds strong relationships with customers.
- Maintains privileged relationships with certain customer contacts assigned by his/her management.
- Seeks to influence customer decisions after analyzing their needs, relying on a solid understanding of the technical characteristics of Autoneum products and services.
- Prepares pricing packages in collaboration with Business Controlling, obtains internal approval, and negotiates prices with the customer in cooperation with Program Management.
- Is part of the Autoneum program team for certain specific programs; prepares offers for all technical changes, ensures customer agreement before any modification is introduced, and documents all sales-related aspects of these changes.
- Ensures project profitability levels (in close collaboration with the project manager).
Required experience:
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Solid technical background, ideally with an engineering degree in automotive or a similar field.
- Proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
- Understanding of compliance rules and their importance in the (global) market.
