Plant HR Operations
Position to which this role reports to : HR Manager
Responsabilities
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Update HR time attendance and data base (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
- Payroll preparation (by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves) and Payroll execution
- Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Process employees requests and provide relevant information
- Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training
- Collaborate in staffing processes, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
- Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies
- Assist HR department in the implementation of Group's HR policies and procedures
- Monthly follow up Plant KPI : Absenteeism, Turnover rate, Labor Productivity
- Local Management of Health and Work Accidents Policies
- Comply with EHS / APS Improvement plan to support Autoneum Strategic Priorities and to achieve company objectives
- Local labor relations: Meetings with occupational health and safety committee
- Management of Health Insurance
- Monthly follow up Plant KPI : Absenteeism, Turnover rate, Labor Productivity
- Assist HR Manager in all process’s regarding People Management in Quality System Requirements (IATF 16949:2016)
Job holder profile
Required experience
- Proven working experience as HR BP / administrative HR in manufacturing company ( at least 1-2 years) - knowledge and understanding of automotive business and organization is an advantage
- Experience of working with HR systems (Payroll and Time Attendance System)
