Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd.supports the businesses of other plants in Asia in sales, technology, purchasing, finance and so on. Autoneum (Shanghai) Management Co., Ltd. is located in the west north of Shanghai. It has a Development Center and an Acoustic Lab, so can offer service for the project development for the customers in China, Indian, and other areas of Asia. At moment, Autoneum have six wholly owned plants in Chongqing, Taicang, Shenyang, Yantai, Wuqing and Pinghu, as well as two JVs with Nittoku in Guangzhou and Tianjin. In addition, Autoneum have 15 JV plants with Jiangsu Huanyu in China. Autoneum have Behror and Pune wholly owned plants and Chennai JV plant in India, as well as offices in Korea and Thailand.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for ASHA GL including salary, accrual, IFRS16 leasy, IFRS development, AP etc booking and tracking, make sure all transactions are booked timely & correctly in SAP.
- Responsible for Monthly BGAsia IC allocation (Commission/ Royalty/Trademark etc) and Cost recharge calculation and distribution.
- Responsible for ASHA monthly actual/RFCST etc HFM uploading and ensure no deviation.
- Provide PRC and group financial reports timely and reporting deeply analysis.
- Complete and produce year end closing and related reports.
- Follow up Asia Cash pool report.
- Act as BGAsia HFM IC matching key user and make sure all IC match in HFM.
- Liaise with internal & external audits (including Tax audit); give appropriate guidance to related colleagues to make sure we pass each internal & External audit.
- Make sure all financial related contracts are kept well; related journals are printed out and kept well; related electronic templates are saved well.
- Optimize internal control process and modify related documents.
- Propose rationalized suggestions in finance work and keep continuous improvement

Main Qualifications:
- University graduate in accounting or financial management.
- 3 years’ accountant experience in a manufacturing company.
- Deep knowledge of tax system.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel /PPT ability is required, SAP & Hyperion knowledge is a plus.
- Good accounting management and analysis ability
- Quick learner and self-motivated; Be able to work under pressure and challenges, good team player.
