Your tasks:
Your individual tasks include:
- Scanning and validating incoming invoices
- Reviewing, processing and posting incoming invoices in VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)
- Preparing, reviewing and approving the weekly payment run
- Creating and posting debit notes to suppliers
- Reconciling and clarifying vendor accounts
- Maintaining vendor master data
- Supporting the year-end closing process through account reconciliation
Your qualifications:
Your qualifications include:
- Commercial education, e.g. qualification as an industrial management assistant
- Several years of professional experience in the specified field of responsibility
- Basic knowledge of IAS and VAT regulations
- Good knowledge in English (B1 level)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong affinity for numbers and a detail-oriented working style
