- manage and coordinate production processes in line with the production plan
- ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and deadlines
- lead, motivate, and develop a team of production employees
- optimize production processes and maximize equipment efficiency
- ensure compliance with internal procedures and operational standards
- cooperate with Quality, Maintenance, HR, and HSE departments
- oversee compliance with health & safety, fire protection, and environmental regulations
- resolve operational issues and ensure continuous production flow
