Your Impact
As HR Senior Specialist – Corporate Functions, located in our Headquarters in Winterthur, you play a key role across the entire employee lifecycle. You work independently while closely collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth, compliant, and high-quality HR administration.
Your Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for monthly payroll preparation and verification in collaboration with external payroll providers, pension funds, and internal interfaces
- Processing personnel changes, promotions, and position updates, including maintaining high-quality master data in SuccessFactors
- Managing and further developing personnel cost forecasting and HR budget planning together with Controlling
- Handling core HR administration such as employment contracts, onboarding & offboarding, employment references, and statutory registrations
- Coordinating international assignments, including A1 certificates and social security topics
- Managing time & attendance data, as well as absences related to illness, accident, and maternity
- Acting as a trusted HR contact for employees, pension funds, and insurance providers
- Supporting process optimization and digitalization initiatives (e.g. Power Automate, AI tools)
Your Profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or degree, ideally with additional HR qualification (e.g. HR Assistant, HR Specialist with Swiss Federal Certificate)
- 3–5 years of solid experience in HR administration within an international company in Switzerland (industrial environment is a plus)
- Sound knowledge of Swiss employment law, social security regulations, and HR best practices
- Native-level German and very good English skills (written and spoken)
- Confident user of HR systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP, and MS Office
- Structured, reliable, service-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
