Job Purpose:
Coordinate Plant Process Engineering team.
Ensures the monitoring/management of production and OCU capacity file.
Manages PE Tasks for new programs locally.
Coordinates local Capex / MOVE management.
Participation in RFQ processes for new business.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and report to the Plant Manager in managing Plant process engineering operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and promote Autoneum values and behaviours.
Define department roadmaps and APS improvement plans to achieve strategic objectives.
Lead, train, and develop the PE team, fostering a continuous improve-ment culture.
Plan and allocate PE resources for new programs, projects, and special initiatives
Manage MOVE and OPEX budgets, coordinating tooling and modifica-tions in serial production in minor change.
Responsible to manage capi-tal expenditures (CAPEX) as per approved budget excluding (project capex + project related plant capex and agreed special plant capex which will be lead by PML’s)
Responsible of plant Layout, and support industrialization for new pro-grams according to APS rules while maintaining EHS and quality com-pliance (IATF 16949:2016).
Benchmark best practices, support innovation initiatives, technology de-velopment, and RFQ validation.
Required Education / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Core Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial company, preferably in the automotive components sector, process and plastic / textile / chemicals, within a multinational environment.
Project management skills and leadership skills.
Experience in new product introduction / launching activities.
Fluent in English (spoken and written, minimum C1).
